Here at Kens' Custom Tees all screen printing is done on-site, in-house with no outsourcing! We offer low cost, high quality printing. We have several pieces of equipment to help speed up your order, such as our M&R Challenger II 14-Color, 16-Station Automatic Press, a 8 Color, 10 Station M&R automatic Gauntlet Revolver, also a manual 8 Color 10 Station Chameleon with 3 Conveyor Dryers for proper curing, 2 Quartz Flashes for fast curing between colors, Registration System to help line up multi-color jobs in a snap, LED Screen Exposure and our Screen Drying Cabinets to make drying screens happen in an instant. Because of these, we can offer you a faster turnaround and keep our prices low.

Our standard T-shirts are Gildan 6.1oz 100% Cotton T's. However, by request we can offer you other brands like...American Apparel, Anvil, Bella / Canvas, Devon & Jones, Dickies, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Hanes, Hyp, Izod, Jerzees and many more. If there is a certain "fit" or "feel" you're looking for, just let us know and we will suggest the best brand and model for your needs.
